Outside Sales

Owner and Outside Sales Rep, Doug Ellsworth, is full of helpful information for both the field and the sales teams. Doug has been peddling plumbing wares since 1988. A desire to serve and help people are the foundation of all his relationships. While he’s never been a trade professional, he loves the mechanical side of the business. He loves to install and fix things. 

Outside Sales Rep, Jim Kenney, has 30 years of experience as a Master Plumber.  Jim’s vast product knowledge and installation experience help him to easily engage with both distributors and trade partners.  He’s a long time supporter and member of the PHCC and has countless trade contacts and relationships. 

Kim is often found behind the scenes filling in where ever a need arises. By Doug's side since the beginning, she is often on the road playing assistant from the passanger seat as he travels across the states. When she is in the office you will find her working the incoming e-mails or helping a customer with a pricing question.

Jessica runs the offices. When she isn't on the phone or answering customer e-mails she is busy working on sales tools and training aides for Doug and Jim to use in the field. If there is a form to fill out, it's Jess who does it. On some occasions you may even find her in the field helping work shows or assisting in PK Trainings.
